How do I get my digital copy of the Dark Knight onto my iPod? - dark knight digital copy video

I have a video iPod and download my digital copy wbdigitalcopy.com but the movie in a media player called CinemaNow I had to install and can not connect to iTunes. I have many different things, and I am very frustrated because I had paid up to $ 1.99 for the digital copy of the film but had to pay. Any help will be appreciated ... Thank you.
